Throughout his career, he has worked at the intersection of directly on site in Operations, Field Supervisor, Shop Foreman, Technology, Safety, and Organizational performance, helping Businesses improve efficiency, strengthen accountability, enhance compliance, and create scalable systems that support sustainable growth. 

His moto is simple, know the job, every part required for the operations to be successful and do the work required. Managers need to know how to do the job first before growth and process can be completed.
