AmandaBeret Gerber is the Founder and Managing Partner of BRIO Operations Inc. and serves as the firm's Director of Advisory, Finance & Operations. 

With more than 20 years of experience spanning Finance, Accounting, Payroll, Operations, Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Executive Leadership, AmandaBeret has built her career helping organizations navigate complexity, strengthen performance, and create sustainable growth.

AmandaBeret's experience extends across Construction, Transportation, Manufacturing, Trades, Professional services, Non-Profit Organizations, Entrepreneurial Ventures, and Multi-Entity Business Structures. 

She has worked with organizations ranging from start ups and owner managed businesses to established companies with 10-200 employees, Boards of Directors, and Community based Organizations facing Growth, Transition, Restructuring, Succession Planning, and Operational challenges.

Throughout her career, AmandaBeret has become known for her ability to bridge the gap between Financial Strategy and Operational Execution. While many professionals focus solely on Accounting, AmandaBeret takes a holistic approach that recognizes the interconnected nature of Finance, People, Processes, Systems, and Leadership. Her work often extends beyond traditional Accounting functions into Organizational design, Process Improvement, Governance, Compliance, Workforce Development, Technology Implementation, and Strategic planning.

Prior to founding BRIO Operations Inc., AmandaBeret co-founded The Forge Group alongside David Grayden and spent approximately 15 years helping build and grow the firm into a trusted Advisory practice serving businesses, non-profits, and organizations across Western Canada.

During her time at Forge, Amanda played a key role in developing the firm's Advisory approach, expanding service offerings, supporting clients through growth and transition, and building a reputation for practical, hands on business leadership. The experience provided invaluable insight into the challenges organizations face and reinforced her belief that businesses need more than accounting services, they need trusted advisors who understand operations, people, leadership, and strategy.

Following David Grayden's transition into semi retirement, AmandaBeret and Elaine recognized an opportunity to build upon client challenges, work processed, the impacts,  successes, and experiences gained over the previous five years together and create something new. 

Together, AmandaBeret and Elaine founded BRIO Operations Inc.  with a vision of delivering integrated Advisory, Finance, Operations, Payroll, Human Resources, and Organizational Development Services under one collaborative framework. The Pivot Method. 

The foundation of BRIO was built on the belief that organizations need more than Financial Statements, day  to day Accounting, and tax filings. She currently serves as Financial Director for a youth focused Non-Profit organization, where she provides leadership in finance, governance, strategic planning, policy development, risk management, human resources, compliance, operational oversight, and long term sustainability planning.
